THE COUNTDOWN TO NEW YEAR, NEW YOU BEGINS
How we all feeling? It’s day 5 – almost half way through – almost!
Today is only 20 minutes because I know you’ll have lots to do with the after Christmas clean up and New year organisations!

How To:
Each of the exercises are to be performed 5 times –
You can either do it by performing all four exercises and then doing 5 rounds.
OR
You can do each exercise 5 times before moving on! Either is fine
Try to count how many you do so that you can beat it on the next round!
If you need to make it easier then extend the rest period by 30 seconds in between each exercise.
Day 5
Bridges – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 5
Donkey Kicks – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 5
Burpees – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 5
Lunges – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 5
Total Time = 20 mins
