HAPPY DAY AFTER BOXING DAY – Am I dragging this out now?
So Christmas is almost over – although you probably have loads of leftovers if you are anything like us! – to keep from having to expand the waistband today we have an ab related workout for The 12 Days of Fitmas Day 3
If you are just joining us now then jump right in! – or if you want to double up then visit the Introduction page to find any days you have missed
Today, do the exercises individually, the required amount of times before moving on to the next exercise – you can choose which order you want to do it in if you want to mix it up!
If you need to make it easier then extend the rest period by 30 seconds in between each exercise.
Remember to count the reps of your exercise to try and beat in the next go!
Plank – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 5
Sit Ups – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 5
Leg Raises – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 5
Russian Twist – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 5
Total Time = 20 mins
