IT’S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN!
Only two days left (after this one) let’s make them count and cement our new found love of fitness! – Not quite there yet? don’t worry we still have two more days left to convince you :p
The 12 Days Of Fitmas – Day 10 is 24 minutes of ab blasting to try and work your core muscles!
If you are feeling achy from the last days of fitmas then try stretching or foam rolling out your muscles by way of recovery!
If you are just joining us now then jump right in! – or if you want to double up then visit the Introduction page to find any days you have missed
How To:
Each of the exercises are to be performed 6 times –
You can either do it by performing all four exercises and then doing 6 rounds.
OR
You can do each exercise 6 times before moving on! Either is fine
Try to count how many you do so that you can beat it on the next round!
If you need to make it easier then extend the rest period by 30 seconds in between each exercise.
Day 10
Sit Up Twists – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 6
Elbow Plank – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 6
V Sit Ups – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 6
Leg Raises – 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest X 6
Total Time = 24 mins
