I have been on the search for no-bake/no-cook meals that I can easily make myself! Luckily I have a great group of blogger friends that are all incredibly foody
I am currently incapacitated as far as cooking goes – you’ll probably know why, if not check out my post explaining it all “The Best Laid Plans… My Injury“ which means…. Voila! 12 no-bake snacks, lunches and dinners to see me through the next few weeks!!
Southwest Turkey Wrap
This looks like a delish and interesting lunch wrap for work or the lunchboxes!
Roast Chicken Waldorf Salad
This new salad looks amazing for lunch or dinner and is really easy to throw together! I love the fruit too!

Carolina Cobb Salad
I love the cranberries in this salad which add some great flavour!
*technically there is a hard boiled egg in this which does involve cooking but it’s my list and I decided to include it anyway so ner ner! – if you are that bothered don’t add the egg :p *
Chewy crunchy granola
I am a sucker for anything snack-like and easy – plus these have chocolate chips in = Bonus!
Easy Homemade Guacamole
Although technically not a stand alone recipe for lunch, snacking or dinner you could easily chop up some peppers and raw carrots and go dipping with this delish recipe!
Surimi Salad with Sesame Dressing
This recipe is a double bubble because it includes the salad and the dressing, making it a complete and tasty meal!
Smoked Salmon salad
This salad and dressing seems so easy and it has avocado too for some extra health benefits!
Light and tangy tuna wraps
Another take on the traditional wraps for those who would prefer a fishy alternative!
Rainbow Salad & Homemade Parmesan Vinaigrette
Another fab salad recipe with homemade dressing – this one really is colourful and full of healthy ingredients for a great all round meal idea!

These all amazing, I’ll have to try the roast chicken walforf salad or even the tuna wrap #yumtum
I could certainly use more no-bake meals in my life. I think that turkey wrap looks divine. Our favorite no-bake meal is ice cream for dinner nights (I usually do one or two a summer).
Love these ideas, especially the rainbow salad! Thanks for sharing these.
