It is very diverse which means you can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner (or maybe even dessert) AND it’s good for you! (as it is full of protein it does come with a few extra calories than chicken or other lean meats but they are definitely worth it) Plus it is pretty simple and quick to cook too which is why I love making it after a run or a long day to refuel, without having to wait hours for some decent grub!! (what more could you want?!)

Back to what I was saying! – The only downside is that quinoa can get boring because on it’s own it is quite bland, so I decided to do a roundup of some great recipe’s that inspire me to mix it up a little and make things more interesting so I don’t get tired of it! (did I mention it was packed full of protein!?) this is something you want to keep around.
