Sometimes you feel low and you want to sit down and veg on the sofa – especially when it is raining outside!
When I feel like I am in a rut I try to motivate myself with pictures, quotes and mantras to try and give me the kick up the butt that I need to start working towards what I want!
Motivation can be the difference between a bad workout and a good workout because sometimes you have to do more than just turn up!
These motivations worked for me so hopefully they will work for you too!
