*Edit: #CatWeek ran from Monday 2nd October – Sunday 8th October 2015 and was a resounding success, Thank you to everyone who contributed, got involved and supported!  – We might make it a yearly occurrence from now on 🙂 *

So I had a massive fail and completely missed out on the real #CatWeek. I caught the tail end (see what I did there) of National Black Cat day and National Cat Day but didn’t manage to write a post about it… FAIL (again). Since I love all things cats and they definitely deserve a lot more love,  I thought I would hold my own #CatWeek and have a new cat related post every day next week.  So, Here’s the line up, come visit first thing in the morning each day for a new post and information:

Monday:

Flea Facts

Keeping Flea Free

Tuesday:

A Volunteers View of Cats Protection

Wednesday:

Cat Scratching

Thursday:

Neutering

Friday:

  1. I had no idea there was such a thing as cat week! Cats are such magnificent creatures! Unfortunately, the condo where we are currently staying does not allow cats or dogs in the premises.

  2. Pinning this too, I don’t have cats but know a lot of my friends do, this is a great compilation of information! Our pets deserve to be treated like the treasures they are, don’t they?

  3. i had no idea there was a cat week, we were fortunate to be adopted by our cat 3 years ago and she was fully house and toilet trained when we got her, we have a strict schedule for worming and fleas we follow

  4. I had no idea there was such thing as cat week. I think cats are gorgeous but i’m not keen on them! I get a bit scared when they are near me haha! thank you for linking up with #justanotherlinky

  5. Hi Charlotte, what a great idea, why not start your own cat week! Great way to let people know you are doing this and give others a chance who may have missed the official cat week too, to get involved. Look forward to reading more of your posts, have a fun and fab #catweek. Thanks for linking up to #MarvMondays 🙂 Emily

  6. I didn’t know there was a cat week? I love cats!! I have had cats all my life. Now I only have one Persian cat but I used to have 2 brothers. Unfortunately one died a few years ago because of a chronic problem so we couldn’t do anything!! But I cried so much for a week. He was like my little boy! It is incredibly how can we be so attach to them!! Now Kiyan is my only boy in the house. We have him since 2007! Your cats are adorable!!! Thanks so much for joining me at #KCACOLS! I hope you like this linky and hopefully see you again next Sunday!! 😉 xx

  7. Sounds like a great plan! Unfortunately I don’t like cats very much…I don’t dislike them, just not a huge fat. But I have friends who are a little obsessed! I didn’t realize there were cat days…that may be why my FB was completely overtaken with cats this week!
