Christmas is a time for eating, drinking and being merry but if I don’t do something (anything) fitness wise I feel really sluggish and regret it when the new year comes!
I know 10 star jumps are not the equivalent to the massive piece of cake i’m having for pudding BUT it’s better than nothing!
So I have come up with “The 12 Days of Fitmas” to justify the copious amounts of food and drink I will be consuming this holiday! This series will run alongside (you guessed it) the 12 days of Christmas and starts 25th December – 5th January
Everyday a new workout will be posted! (I will try and get them linked up here asap – but forgive me it is the holidays!)
