Disclosure Policy
The Mummy Toolbox can earn money through products, posts, sponsorship, affiliations or any other means I can think of – what can I say we are trying to keep the lights on! Sponsored or paid content will always be highlighted and if you have any questions you can contact me using the details on my “Work with me” page
ALL views and opinions expressed are my own, payment will not affect them what I write about them, if I hate it I will tell you (and i’ll tell you why) but product claims, statistics, quotes or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.
I aim to choose the companies I work with very carefully and will turn away those that are not in keeping with The Mummy Toolbox. I will aim to work with honest and great brands that I genuinely feel would benefit my readers.
The Mummy Toolbox offers opinions and suggestions based on experience and personal knowledge – this might not suit you and you should always check with a professional or healthcare representative before undergoing any new regimes or trying new projects as The Mummy Toolbox cannot be held responsible for any losses or injury incurred.
Note: Any information obtained from you e.g. emails etc will be used to keep in touch about updates etc and will not be passed on to any third parties. In the event you wish to remove your information from the subscriber list you are free to do so by contacting me (and or clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any email correspondence).
Giveaways
At times The Mummy Toolbox will host giveaways, these might be sponsored by third parties or The Mummy Toolbox itself. Winners will be picked fairly and at random and I use various hosting methods for giveaways, for example, Rafflecopter. Some entities gather email addresses for verification, and by entering, you are giving permission to have your email added to the mailing list. You still will get a verification/confirmation email and may decline or unsubscribe at any time as is your right.
I cannot be held liable or responsible, should a vendor or third party choose not to fulfill a promised prize, however, I will do my utmost to ensure this is not the case and I always choose vendors carefully to try and avoid this! (this hasn’t happened yet!!)
Winners assume all responsibility if further clarification is needed, prior to either entering a giveaway on this site or claiming a prize at the conclusion of a contest. Social media will be used as a means of promotion however this does not mean the platforms are associated with the giveaway. If I suspect any evidence of fraud I am able to disqualify entrants at my discretion.
For specific entry details see the giveaway pages themselves.
Affiliates
I am currently involved in several affiliate programs that you might want to be aware of. This means I potentially earn through the clicks/purchases you make through the site. This includes the products mentioned from amazon. I will never recommend a product that I don’t believe in or that is not in keeping with The Mummy Toolbox and I will always let you know exactly what I think of it too (good or bad) and all opinions are my own. I will also mention which links are affiliate links on the pages themselves that include them so that you are aware.
What does this mean for me?
This means that I potentially receive a percentage for click-through’s/purchases which help maintain the running of the site (and it’s not cheap)
What does this mean for you?
This doesn’t affect you or your purchases in any way and doesn’t cost you anything, just treat it like a normal purchase. If you would prefer not to click through from my site then I hope you don’t feel pressured to do so.
Current Affiliates

The Mummy Toolbox is also a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk, or Amazon.com Just know that this does not impact our reviews and comparisons as we won’t recommend products or brands that we don’t like!
Elsewhere
Google Adsense – You will notice I have ads on my pages, these are powered by google adsense and I will potentially earn from click through or views for ads on pages.
