    I have to say that quinoa burgers are my all time favorite. I’ve always wanted to make quinoa stuffed peppers though. And my mouth is just drooling everywhere looking at that broccoli and grain salad. Yummy!

  9. I love Quinoa, all these quinoa dishes are awesome, difficult to decide which one is best. I am going to try some, because quinoa is very healthy.

    Nice round up of recipes. I have a hard time with quinoa – saying it and cooking it! I never feel it is cooked properly when you can still see the little white bits…if you know what I mean :/

  19. I have confession to make that we have never actually tried Quinoa here! I think some anxiety over how to pronounce it doesn’t help 😉 This is a great inspiration for some ways we could introduce it though so may give it a try!

  21. I’ve tried quinoa stuffed peppers which were really nice! The zucchini and corn one (courgette and sweetcorn :) ) sounds lovely too!

  22. I’ve never eaten, or touched, Quinoa. My hubby is a major fusspot eater and likes his meat and 2 veg!
    Maybe I’ll give it a go. I also like the look of the turkey sausage one…I do love a good sausage (I can’t say that without laughing ) x

  23. I’ve heard of Quinoa. One of our close friends is vegetarian, although admittedly I have never tasted it. Would love to try the turkey sausage quinoa recipe :) x
