The best kind of dessert is the kind you don’t have to cook! Am I right?

Don’t get me wrong I love baking and I like to think I am quite good at it (or so the husband says) but sometimes you want to throw something together and stuff it in your face without putting much effort in. With that in mind I have found a collection of some of the most delicious looking desserts that don’t require any cooking – yippee!
